·         Signing into a class happens when students arrive just before class time and marks the students "PRESENT" for the class.

Who can register?

How do students register?

How do students get on the waitlist?

·         Once the class is full students automatically get added to the waitlist.

How do students move from the waitlist to the registration list?

·         There are 2 ways

1. When a registered student cancels, the first person on the waitlist automatically moves to the registration list and their spot in the class is now reserved.

2. At the official class start time, all registered students who have not shown up are "late cancelled" and waitlist students will be admitted as space permits. (The teacher will wait a couple minutes to admit these waitlist students)

What does "late cancelled" mean and when are students "late cancelled?

·         "Late cancelling" happens when registered students do not show up before the official start time of the class.

How much are students charged for late cancelling?

·         Students are charged a $5 NO SHOW fee if they register for a class but then don’t show up for class.

A client arrives but has a negative balance or unpaid classes on her account. Can she enter the class?
