"Registering" for a class VS "signing"
into a class

Registering for a class reserves the
student's spot in a class ahead of time.
·
Signing into a class happens when
students arrive just before class time and marks the students
"PRESENT" for the class.
·
Any student with a yoga membership
can register.

When
can students register for classes?
·
Students can register for same day
classes and next day classes only.
How do students get on the waitlist?
·
Once the class is full students
automatically get added to the waitlist.
How
do students move from the waitlist to the registration list?
·
There are 2 ways
1. When a registered student cancels, the first person on
the waitlist automatically moves to the registration list and their spot in the
class is now reserved.
2. At the official class start time, all registered
students who have not shown up are "late cancelled" and waitlist
students will be admitted as space permits. (The teacher will wait a couple
minutes to admit these waitlist students)
What
does "late cancelled" mean and when are students "late
cancelled?

"Late cancelling" happens
when registered students do not show up before the official start time of the
class.
How much are students charged for late cancelling?
·
Students are charged a $5 NO SHOW
fee if they register for a class but then don’t show up for class.
A
client arrives but has a negative balance or unpaid classes on her account. Can
she enter the class?
·
No.
If the client has a negative balance or unpaid classes on her account
she has to pay them before she can be allowed to take another class.
