Once insight into the problem has been assessed by the coachee, the coach will commit themselves to helping you create a plan or strategy to implement this insight into your life in the way you feel fits the best.

About Anna

Life coach

Anna has been a dedicated massage therapist and a yoga instructor here with us at Studio Bliss since 2008. Her fundamental commitment has always been to help people create a more profound connection with their bodies and to better understand the therapeutic importance relaxation has on the nervous system, and the overall healing of touch. Anna has explored Yoga from as early as 2002, also as a medium of healing the body-mind relationship, and her intense curiosity has led her to India in 2010 to study Kundalini Yoga Vispassana meditation.

About Kim

Nutrition Coach

Kim is a nurtrition expert from Montreal who is passionate about health. She studied Nutritional Science at the McGill University School of Human Nutrition, and also has a background in Molecular biology and Neuroscience research. Kim is the co-founder and contributor of Kalya, a health and wellness blog, and a specialist in nutrition education for children. In addititon to this, she is a certified Chidren’s Yoga Instructor.

Health/Nutrition coaching:
