Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask to be advised of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment. Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in 50% of the total amount owing being charged to the client’s account. Clients who do not present themselves at the time of their appointment or who cancel less than 2 hours before their scheduled appointment will be charged for 100% of the total amount owing.
