Politique d’annulation
Veillez prendre note de notre politique d’annulation de 24 heures. Dans le cas d’une annulation, nous demandons à être avisés au moins 24 heures avant l’heure prévue du rendez-vous. Pour toute annulation effectuée avec moins de 12 heures de préavis, 50% du montant total dû sera chargé au compte du client. Dans le cas ou le client ne se présente pas à son rendez-vous ou annule moins de 2h avant l’heure prévue de son rendez-vous, 100% du montant dû sera chargé au compte du client.
